Plenty of brave people made it to the Old Town Hall on Saturday 16th April despite the very wintry weather but they were assured of a warm welcome from everyone at Ruby’s.
We had our Ruby Regulars such as Anne Byard of Carnation Collectables with her always popular Ertswilder jewellery as well as hand made circular skirts and matching waistcoats for the chaps, Marie Amor and Pat Chapin with a stall each of sparkly jewellery and other accessories, Sharon Brown with loads of vintage handbags, more fabulous rhinestone jewellery from Marianne at All That Glitters as well as a very fine selection of true vintage dresses from Sue MacGibbon of Paper Petticoats. If that perfect vintage dress was proving elusive, then Frilly Chantilly had modern reproduction vintage dresses in lots of sizes.
There truly was something for everyone!
We are back at the Old Town Hall on Saturday 10th September but if you can’t wait that long, then Ruby’s is at the Beacon in Wantage, Oxfordshire on Sunday 15th May – more vintage loveliness and free parking outside all day!
