What a lovely summer autumnal day it was on Saturday 31st October! We had a very enjoyable day at the Catholic Hall, made better by the continuous sunshine and the fact that a couple of traction engines went past with that unmistakable sound and smell.
We had a steady stream of visitors but disappointedly, not as many as at our previous fairs here and we don’t know why. Any ideas anyone? Was anything else on in the town or is it just general malaise?
Anyway, it hasn’t put us off and we’ve booked another couple of dates in March and October next year.
Onward to our Vintage Christmas Fair in Hartley Wintney on Sunday 29th November….
