Did you have a nice Christmas? Was it fun and relaxing with family, friends, good food and lovely presents? Or was it fraught and frantic?
We put so much pressure on ourselves to have the Perfect Christmas when all we need is a tree filled with twinkling lights and vintage baubles, enough After Eight mints to ensure you never want another one and a turkey sandwich made by someone else!
And now it’s onto New Year – that one evening when we’re expected to feel joyful and excited about staying up late and welcoming in another year which always makes me feel old, old old!
