The busy season is upon us! The time of year when stallholders hope that you lovely visitors will attend events and chose to spend your hard earned money on gifts and items from independent traders and small businesses rather than huge online conglomerates or (increasingly rare) high street shops.
Lyn for example is booked to sell at various events every weekend from now until Christmas, hoping to recoup some of the money she has spent during the year sourcing the best of Christmas brooches, vintage decorations etc. Even a £5.00 Christmas brooch purchased as a small table gift makes a difference to an empty bank account!
