Lyn and Yvonne are working hard to bring you Dolly’s Christmas Artisan Fair at Old Basing Village Hall in Old Basing on Sunday 19th November and Ruby’s Vintage Christmas & Retro Fair at the Victoria Hall in Hartley Wintney on Sunday 26th November. There is a lot of preparation involved, not least the social media, the distribution of leaflets and banners, the finalisation of stallholders and floor plans!

A Weekend at Millets Farm Centre
The first weekend in July saw us back at Millets Farm Centre for our annual Vintage Village. This is really one of our favourite events of the year and although it’s a lot of hard work, we get a real buzz from showcasing the best of Affordable Vintage to visitors and friends.

Hello Sunshine at Hartley Wintney
It was a lovely Spring day, one of few so far this year, on Saturday 22nd April in the temperate climes of Hartley Wintney near Hook in Hampshire. In fact, it was so nice we had an old fashioned ice cream trike outside for a first taste of summer.
Sunshine Forecast in Hartley Wintney
We welcome you back to the Victoria Hall in Hartley Wintney ready for our next event on Saturday 22nd April. We love this hall for it’s Arts & Crafts exterior and the modern facilities inside so it’s an ideal venue for Ruby’s Vintage & Retro Fair.
A Dash of Dolly
We had a blast at our first ever Dolly’s Artisan Fair in Old Basing Village Hall and would like to thank the stallholders for their faith in us, the new organisers!
Pop Up Upstairs!
Ruby’s was invited to join a well established Antiques & Collectors Fair at Benson Parish Hall near Wallingford, Oxfordshire recently and we were delighted to bring a Vintage Vibe to the upper floor at this newly refurbished venue.
We Kept Cool in Hartley Wintney!
It was the hottest day of the year (so far) on Saturday 16th July but the Victoria Hall in Hartley Wintney was nice and cool inside. We filled it with a nice variety of true vintage, great retro and artisan craft plus a rail of Sustainable Fashion (which we hope to build up in future) and lots of people took advantage of our one off free entry to support our stallholders. We even had Brenda demonstrating how she upcycles furniture into something beautiful and unique
What a Weekend! (or two)
It seems that you have long periods of relative inactivity and then all the vintage fairs arrive at once! That’s what has happened over the past fortnight here at Ruby Central.
